Koala Park Resort, Cowes

My stay at the resort was far from ideal. The location seemed promising, but the overall cleanliness and maintenance left much to be desired. While I appreciated that we were allowed to check in early, the state of the facilities was shocking. There’s a lot of potential here, but I can't recommend this place in its current condition, especially for families.

I had a fantastic experience at the park hotel! The location is lovely and peaceful, perfect for a family getaway. The kids had an amazing time with the tennis courts and campfire activities. However, I felt the dining options could be improved and the pool area could use some more maintenance. Overall, it was a great value for money and I would definitely recommend it.

My stay at this hotel was mixed. While I found the rooms to be clean and well-kept, the overall service experience was frustrating. I did appreciate the accommodating hosts, but there were aspects that detracted from my experience. The location was quite good, with a great pub next door for fantastic food. Sadly, I encountered a significant issue with how the situation was handled at reception, which left a sour taste.

I had a really disappointing stay at the Koala Park Resort. The room was in poor condition with insects, a strange odor, and non-functioning air conditioning. While I did appreciate the refund I received, the owner's attitude was off-putting. On the upside, I later found a fantastic holiday house that turned out to be a better value for money, so I wouldn't recommend staying here.
